Home Decor – Color Series: Chartreuse


For this weeks Home Decor Color Series I thought I would share my finds for Chartreuse. Chartreuse is a great earthy tone blending yellow and green creating a great color! It could be a great compliment color to rooms with reds, blues and oranges. I think it could also make a fun pop of color added with Lavender – see my finds from last week on that here! Here are my finds for the week:

Velvet Willoughby Chair from Anthropologie – This chair looks so comfortable and it isn’t too bright, Anthropologie has some beautiful furniture.

Abney Side Table from Anthropologie – I love the marble top on this!


Kingstown Home Mandala Linen Sloped Chair from Wayfair – These would make great end chairs at a dining room table or make for great office chairs.


Safavieh Diedra Velvet Ottoman from Home Depot – This could be the perfect little statement piece, the brass nail heads add great detail to its unique shape. It also doubles as storage!


nuLOOM Roxy Area Rug from Target – A great blend with gray, could be great in any space to add some color.

Euro Shams from Domino – Fun pop of color for a simple bedroom.


Chartreuse Arrow Pillow from Joss & Main – One can never have too many throw pillows!


Chartreuse Throw from Dot & Bo – One can also never have too many blankets!


Claire Jar from Joss & Main | Brandell Jute Napkin Ring from Joss & Main | Ramekin Set from Joss & Main – All of these are great smaller pieces to add some color.

  1. I could curl up in that velvet chair and go to sleep! Wouldn’t it be fabulous if we could change all our furniture with the seasons to enjoy different colors. I’d use chartreuse right now in my home!

  2. I’ve never paid any attention to this color for decor but I can see how it would really add a fun pop to a room. That Anthro chair is to die for!
